The Rental Department of P A M aims for the best solutions, either for owners or for guests.
We offer tailor made packages which can be:
- We promote your property on various platforms and are in charge with reservations and communication of all guests. We welcome them in your home and check the property upon departure. We take care of the cleaning and if needed maintenance jobs.
- You promote your property yourself but we are the hosts on the spot. We welcome them, they can reach us whenever needed during their holidays and we do check-outs. When required we also take care of the cleaning and maintenance jobs.
We can communicate with clients in Dutch, French, English, German, Portuguese and Spanish.
